| 1. Continue to write and edit website content as part of our preparation for promotional presentation efforts led by Estefania and Jaz 2. Start podcast production and regular posting of Gringo Lingo, Waiting To Exile, Sphere & Now, and The Short-term Chef, led by Chris but including appearances by all of us 3. Design, build and launch the Ruta Pantera TravelApp, including the whole team in the process, with coding done by Jeisson 4. Complete 10 client productions that demonstrate our promotional services, led by Ema and Jaz 5. Publish and print the Medellin Guide newsletter, led by Chris and Heydi 6. Publish and print a second newsletter about 50 Eco-retreats in Latin America, an effort which can feed into our promotional efforts, led by Heydi 7. Research and test our Fast Fusion cookbook and use it to create Short-term Chef episodes, led by Chris with various contributors 8. Find 15 freelance writers in Latin American countries to contribute articles, led by Heydi 9. Continue to train Jaz to become our Photo Editor, in addition to our Style Editor 10. Continue to develop a series of illustrations and cartoons, with Victoria 11. Create consistent posts and invites on a daily basis as part of a concerted membership building campaign, led by Chris and Heydi 12. Finish, publish, and sell our Travel Journal with Prompts, led by Chris 13. Work with Marbel and other models to properly illustrate our "merch" offerings in the BioTique 14. Develop a workflow for distributing our products in Columbia first, and then elsewhere, led by Heydi 15. Transition from our Production website to a Public website in the next few weeks (Chris and Jeisson) 16. Create our YouTube and Spotify channels for distributions of our broadcasts (Chris) 17. Work towards creating a 40-minute weekly show incorporating all of our podcasts into one "TravelCast" (Everyone) |
